What's new for the 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport SV
The Rogue Sport rolls into 2019 with relatively few, yet significant changes. Several of the option packages have been revised with features shuffled around a bit. Now available is Nissan's ProPilot Assist and Safety Shield 360 which operating together, provide rear automatic braking, blind-spot warning and a lane-keep assist feature. Apple Carplay and Android Auto as well as Nissan's Rear Door Alert warning system are also now standard.
Model Highlights
The Rogue Sport looks to add to Nissan's best-selling and IIHS safety award-winning Rogue lineup by entering a compact version of the Rogue into the market. The Rogue S is available in three trim levels S, SL and SV. Although the Rogue Sport S but a single drivetrain option, all trims get a capable 141-horsepower 2.0L 4-cylinder engine and CVT transmission combination that achieves up to 32 mpg on the freeway when in front-wheel drive form.
The Rogue Sport S comes standard with driver-friendly features such as remote keyless entry, Easy-Fill Tire Alert, Bluetooth integration and LED daytime running lights. The S has an optional Appearance package updating its styling while the SV takes advantage of an available
All-Weather and Premium package paired with all-wheel drive the Rogue can tackle anything you'll likely throw at it.
The mid-level SV trim level adds larger 17-inch alloy wheels, roof rails, push-button start, a 6-way power adjustable seat and dual climate control. A premium package is available to tap into Nissan's nifty driver assist and safety that includes features like blind-spot detection and all-around view camera.
The top-level SL is very much loaded, adding unique 19-inch wheels, heated leather seats and steering wheel, navigation, a 7-inch infotainment system, fog lights, remote start and Nissan's Around-View Monitor bird's-eye-view camera system.
A Premium package only available to the SL adds intelligent cruise control, lane-departure warning and prevention, and emergency braking with pedestrian detection. Also included is Nissan's ProPilot Assist and Safety Shield 360. While operating together they provide rear automatic braking, blind-spot warning and a lane-keep assist feature.
